2. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Products that are damaged during shipping or are defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or worn.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
4. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email: oustore.pk@gmail.com or our Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the instructions provided by our support team for shipping the product back.
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed to your bank account or via store credit as agreed.
6. Replacements
- If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will replace it free of charge.
- Replacement products will be shipped once the original product is received and inspected.
7. Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or shipped in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
